If you are hired prior to July 1, you are eligible for 40 hours vacation pay. During your first full calendar year, you are eligible for two weeks (80 hours) of vacation; three weeks (120 hours) during your fifth anniversary year; and four weeks (160 hours) during your tenth anniversary year. Toray also provides 10 paid holidays per year.
