In December 1996, Toray commissioned its state of the art North American manufacturing site in Front Royal, Virginia. It has quickly become known as the industry’s premiere manufacturing and development center for olefin foams. Product quality and industry leading process capability are the key attributes that deliver competitive advantage for our customers.

Quality/Delivery/Cost

Our Front Royal site in Northwestern Virginia is strategically located to service our customer’s JIT requirements, reducing transportation and inventory costs. Sheet widths to 80” provide maximum square footage per roll. Roll lengths are the industry’s longest providing our customers with uninterrupted processing between roll changes.
